I think it's a bit unrealistic if you tried to lose 22 pounds in 2 months thats about 2.75 pounds a week which is pretty hard. 15 pounds does sound reasonable and if you lose that weight and want to lose the extra 5 go for it. But anyways you don't need to lose weight your not fat
depends how you lose it.
You look like you don't need to lose any pounds. You are very thin. I think it's obvious. Don't even try or you will be anorexic.
if you are very thin, yes. if you are overweight. no.
u can do that its not unhealthy. just try 1 of those television diets like I did. I used 2 b really close 2 having diebetes like when I would eat something I wouldn't get full because my body would burn it with any exersice or eating heathy. so when I when through that faze at 15, I was chubby and I hated it so I went on ediets and weight watchers and jenny creg. and I got my body back! 
cut down on food and excersise.
