I would believe it is because you have to use your legs and if you do it for awhile you can feel it in your muscles and if you do a lot of tricks and stuff you can form a slight sweat.
ha yes! definately...it really works up all of the muscles in your legs and it improves your stamina.

Yes it is, its also a very fun way to excersise...just make sure you do 30 mins a day and you'll tone down in no time, also it works all of your muscles so mix it up and make it fun!
