Is it wrong to like your step brother or sister as more than a sibling?

In which instances would it be right, and which instances would it be wrong?

For example, you knew the step sibling before your parents were ever together and you had feelings for...

them and then your parents get married, is it wrong then?

Or what about if you grew up with the person being your step brother or sister?

Ok, I knew this guy for years, then we started dating and my mom and his dad got together and we had to move in. (it didn't work out between us)

I think it's wrong to an extent... like if your parents have been together since you were little kids, it's kind of weird.

Either way, it never works out anyway...

honestly, I think it's okay, because technically you arent blood related.

hey I tried the whole step brother thing but it was when my parent was married with his
we just ended up sleeping in the same bed for months until his mom caught us he was sent to millitary
I don't see the problem with it
but I also liked my cousin but we were blood related so it didn't work out

if he isn't blood related to you then I say no matter what you could be with him. even if your parent and his marrys. He is not family so I say go for it.
