Is it true that if your parents give your neighbor the rightt to hit you they can do it?

no. you can call the cops. they'd get in trouble.

Well... in some cases it is, only if its like a little spank or pull of the ears or eaby them just grounding you but no hitting as in them hitting you so hard that a bruse is left and yourself whit extrame pain! That would be consider abuse and your perents and neigbors can be reported to cps

But is just in other cases like graunding or watching over you or just making sure you are following the rules your perents do havr the right to tell them because they have you costody, they are your legal guardians.

No. No one is legally allowed to hit you unless you, for some strange reason, give them permission to do so. It is considered assault and/or abuse.

I'm sorry but this is so stupid I don't know why I'm answering it! Parents can not give the right to other people to hit, spank, or touch in a questioanble way, to anyone. Of course, years ago, If a kid messed up in the neighborhood someplace, it was completely normal for the neighbors that knew you family, to tan your butt before you ever got home, which by then your neighbors had already told your parents what you did, so your butt was going to get beat again when you got home. Me, being an old geezer, would know, but that practice went bye-bye before you were born. Nowadays, if you find some kid in Meijers, that you would just love to thump, you can't because that puts a prison cell with your name on it, and that shoots the summer vacations. Bye! Don
