Is it safe to water fast while on stimulants?

I just started taking Vyvanse, the new Adderall, for ADD. I also take Cymbalta. One day ago I began water fasting for spiritual clarity, weight loss, etc. Is it safe to do a water fast while taking a stimulant and an SNRI?

I don't know of anything that advises 'fasting off water' you NEED water, your body is primarily made of water...

you SHOULD have water...no questions!

sooitca - I think she meant all she's going to drink is water (and possibly not eat too?)

you probably want to talk to your doctor before trying it, it is strong medication...

To clarify, I am, in fact, consuming nothing but water (and the meds). No food, no other beverages.
