I have never masturbated on my period I was wondering is it safe. I don't know a lot about this stuff.

Do u feel ready to have sex? The signs r that he does, bt he doent know how to approach the subject.? if u want to do it, and feel ready hell yea ask him. otherwise, id say u can if u feel comfortable, or just leave it.

It is safe to masturbate on your period.. it just may not be the cleanest thing in the world... Regarding the sex thing, like runnergeek said if you feel ready to have sex then talk to him about it. Just make sure you get on birthcontrol first and make him wear a condom everytime!!
