it all depends on how close you guys are...
if you're brother and sister close, that is inappropriate, but if you know each other only peripherally and don't exactly have a close familial connection, I don;t think it's that bad...

after all, cousins aren't that closely related biologically. starting a family or a serious relationship would be inappropriate but having a casual sexual relationship, if it suits you, isn't so bad.
