Is it ok to get a little jealous of another flirting with your ex?

I was at my ex-boyfriend's working place yesterday and erm.. he and I really cool friends. We're like good friends now. But there's this girl,who's working with him, seems to like my ex. She keeps on talking to him and laughing in such a irritating way....

She seems a little superficial and I saw her pop some candy into his mouth yesterday RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! And she ain't that friendly. I tried making friends with her. She avoids eye contact and she never smiles only at her friends and of cause my Ex. And when I introduce myself to her.. she was like Oh yeah. I know you. He has talked about you before. and she gave him this look like.. I don't know. Flirting I suppose. *Sigh* Btw he was my first boyfriend and I was the one who broke up with him.. because I just felt that I wasn't ready for a relationship when we got together. I was 16yo then. I'm 18 yo now.

Anyway, I was kinda irritated and upset about the way that girl behaves around my ex. I was a little jealous. Alright. maybe I was really jealous but I tried to stay cool about it. I can tell my ex is not into her btw.

So is it ok to get jealous about this kind of stuff? And do you think I still have feelings for him? I have no idea how I feel about him. Its complicated. So what do you people think? Thanks! As much advice you can give is appreciated. Thanks again.

well yeahh itss deff normal to be jelous even if you don't have feelings for him he was still urr ex boyfriend and your first you no sumtimes its not that you like him like him its that you only like him out of jelousy you no?

It is ok to be jealous as long as you don't act upon your jealousy.
