light yellow, yes
and its probably just discharge
bright yellow or/and green, no
and its probably due to an infection or sti/std
you should see a doctor/gynacologist asap to find out whats wrong down there, if anything, and if its treatable

if its like mucous then its fine... but if its a little chunky or has like a bitter smell then it might be a STI...
