ummm....I dont think so...cause my cousins made a fake myspace with fake pictures..so it should be ok!
yes its illegal itscalled identity theft just like stealing someone credit card and buying stuff with it
No, it pretty much goes under freedom of speech. Just like you could walk around the streets dressed like Cher and telling people you are and you won't get arrested. But, you just can't give out personal information or use their credit cards. You know, all that legal personal stuff. If you're planning on making a Myspace for someone else like a celebrity, just keep it to pictures and maybe some factual info that they wouldn't mind you giving out. Because if you give out something TOO personal, they could sue.
Illegal! Having a fake space is one thing, but pretending to be someone else is very much illegal. The laws are changing repidly to punish people that are doing this. Why would you want to even pretend to be someone else?
Yeah, it's called identity theft and you could get sued or something.

Is it illegal to impersonate someone on myspace?
Is it illegal to make a Myspace account in the name of someone else? (uploading pictures, claiming to be the person, etc.) especially if they don't know it?
