Is it finally true that I'm pregnant?

I have followed the rules and I've done the positions and I laid down for 5 minutes to let the sperm set how do I know if I am pregnant

Whenever the tests come back positive...there is not really a way to tell right off the bat.

The first sign will be your missed period. Then you might feel some swelling of your breasts, incredibly frequent urination, and nausea. But take a test about a week after your period is missed ,,, good luck!
