Firstly, keep the 'such-and-such is a b***h' out of it. If you disagree with someone, state why you disagree, and give evidence to disprove the other person's theory. Turning to insults is really immature, and not very productive.

Second, if you have a problem with someone, let thedude know. If the person has done a really big no-no, he'll take action. But as personality clashes aren't really anything to take action over, in this case, not much will be done. If you don't like what angelfire has to say, avoid her. Or, if you don't like the site, there's the door, don't let it hit you on the way out.
