You need to go to your doctor and give a history for them to know. They will ask:
1)did you have unprotected sex in the last month
2)do you know his sexual history
anyway, without knowing anything - I would say you need to have an internal exam and a swab for chlamydia and gonnorhea... but it might just be a yeast infection or a urinary tract infection.
