Does he like me or just passing the day?

I went to work for a family owned company about 4 years ago. They have never been social nor carried on a casual conversation with the employees(even though it's a very small co). Everyone ither than me has been there for over 15 years and I am the youngest(let's say close to 40).

So heres the deal, since I've been there, the pres. & vp and I chat all the time. I have become good friends with the pres. wife. The vp has been divorced for about 5 years and has custody of his kids. The 2 of us have a lot in common and we flirt and joke around a lot. We discuss dating issues and he has even asked me how to break up with someone. I've also played tricks on him and his bestfriend. If I get mad, upset or even want something, he always tries to fix it. Sometimes when I have a deadline and get stressed...he will come back from lunch with choclate and leave it on my desk. Employees have asked me if we were dating.

So heres the question...is he really interested in me or is it a way to pass the time during the day?

Sounds like he is genuinly interested in you otherwise he wouldnt bother so much in doing small things for you and speaking to you so much.
