my boyfriend told one of my friends that he would give them a hug.. he is always hangin around her.. I can tell that she likes him but does he???

Well he might, there is a chance but before I say anything you should talk to him.

The rule is that b/fs or g/fs, this does not matter, will dislike or like the so called "best friends". If your b/f likes your best friend it comes from that he likes you. So let him to hug your best friend by him, because this is a hug to you also.
