Is having to many energy drinks in 1 day bad?

mabye...if they are small doses that were spaced out, I wouldn't think so too much... if they were the hard core energy drinks, I wouldn't recomend it if you are trying to look beautiful 24/7 or any other reason.

IT IS BEING TOLD ON THE NEWS THAT THOSE ENERGY DRINKS AFFECT HEART RATE SO BE CAREFUL SPEAK TO THE DRUGGEST ABOUT THE EFFECTS!!!

yes, there bad for you
there filled with sugars too
if you dont actually exerscise or sweat or need to replace lost water from exerscising then theres no reason to take them
your just filling your body full of junk it doesnt need
