Is god real?

I've been wondering is god real. if god was then why dosnt he or she come to us and reveal themself?? im confused. please do answer thanks

it's a metter of opinion and faith...

I don't belive in God. At least, not in the christian God, or that kind of stuff.
I do belive in some sort of superior force, though (no, not Darth Vader )

But, in any way, I don't belive God is a human-figure like being to just come down and appear to us all, I mean, wth, do you really belive he's an old guy, with bearb and white clothes? O_O

like theres this one guy he saya if god is real well then there will be an end to the world because if theres a beginning then theres an end so im wondering

He came by the name of Jesus.

A beginning and an end are relative things, just notions, like the infinite. God also is something relative, a concept. Some people chose to believe in a certain God while others believe that there is no such thing. I'd say that God (as a superior force) exists...otherwise how could you explain so many universe and life related things? Plus that I seriously doubt that our common ancestor was an ameoba.

Let's just say for a moment that God does exist.

Let's say YOU were God.

Anyway, I don't believe there's a God but that's just my own opinion...your beliefs are your own.

It's a matter of what you yourself believe in. Personally, I'm an Athiest so I don't believe in God.

like the first person said its not a question to be asked on here since you will get a bunch of answers from kids and they dont know much and they think they do but they dont...everyone on here hasnt said anything about whnat I'm refering to yet...its all about your opinion and what you believe in...do you yourself have faith in god and believe he is real...christians say he is and say they know but they dont have much proof other then the bible and thats a book...how do you know that it isnt all made up...christians believe its real becaus of their strong faith...but truthfully noone really knows if he is real or not real and they wont know because thats the mystery of life. god I not going to reveal himself...he sent jesus his only son to do that for him...one day jesus will come back but that wont be for a while. the only time you will meet him is when you go to heaven. also the person above who wrote they dont believe god was human like that is their opinion but just to let you know it does say in the bible that god made man in his likelyness to resemble him.

Yes I believe he is, as far as all the different answers go God did make people to have free will. So it is up to the individual if they want to believe or not. God will not show himself because he wants true faith. And faith is believing without seeing, anyone can believe if they seen something.

If you saw him, or perceived him in any other way... faith would be obsolete. Which is WHY God is unperceivable.

God is real and sent his only son for us, I cant explain on here because theres too much writing but I know deep in my heart, and he loves every one of you, satan is afraid of the name JESUS. the name jesus is like a sword in our hands and can defeat any evil. sounds really religious but its something thats in my heart and soul.. anyone whos a christian will understand

well some people don't think god is real, I believe that their wasn't a god, just a wiccan with very stronge power. But you don't have to believe that, just do as your gut says, It's normaly right.

In other words, why doesn't a god provide proof of itself? Because it doesn't exist.

If you believe in a god of revelation, then clearly, that god does not exist.

I believe that god is in everyone and everything and it doesn't matter what you call it...whether it be jah...god...the universe..energy. Its all the same. Its not separate from you, its something that is a part of you and everyone else around you...its up to you to believe what you will...but in my opinion we are all light beings and are somewhat controlled by the higher power which is the collective collaboration of the universe Blessings

I believe in god and that he exists. but from my understanding if you truly believe you shoulndt need proof.

the way I think of it is everything had to of come from something, something put the earth, the galxies and everything where they are, so thats why I believe there is a god. The only question is where did the God come from? Thats where I sit there and think for hours, it confuses me so much. Everything comes from something. Also my other thing that I think about is that life isnt real, its just a big dream, and that nothing in the world exists, but really im just confusing myself right now lol
