Is a subaru or an audi a better car?

A friend of mine I were having an argument the other day, and I'd like help settling it. Is a subaru or an audi a better car? I told him audi, because those are more expensive. He said subaru, but I think it's because he bought one.

Doesn't subaru...

mean I couldn't afford the audi in Japanese?

I happen to drive a subaru love it. However, I have friends who have owned Audi's and love them. The repair bill will be higher on average with an Audi, and a subaru will be cheaper to maintain...but in terms of luxury, I do think the Audi is a better car.

Which is better Coke or Pepsi? Obviously not everyone agrees which car is best or there would be only one brand of automobiles.

Personally I never liked the way Subarus look. Audis look good and drive great but are expensive and break down more than I like.
