I think it depends on the maturity of your sister. I know I was watching any movie I wanted at 11, but I was mature. my little sister on the other hand who is now almost 11, I wouldnt let her watch it because she is still like a little kid.

Well I'd say if she can tell the difference between what is real and not and if she won't have nigtmares for weeks to come, why not? If she;s mature enough it should be fine.
