You should go to your OBGYN, I had the exact same thing happen. Thought I was pregnant, turned out I had systs on my ovaries. You HAVE to have a full period at least once every 3 months. If you don't your uterus thickens and you may have to get a histerectomy.
You may also have pre-cancerous cells on your cervix.
