Ipod trouble

how come sometimes my ipod won't sync the selected things into my ipod?

I dunno, but try flipping the hold button on and off several times )like 7) and then hold down the bottom and the circle button, but it may be the top and the circle button

make sure sync ipod is checked off and the right setting is checked off don't worry I ahd the same troubles
