Go on the internet on your ipod, hold your finger on the photo of which you want to save. Keep holding it until 3 bars come up from the bottom. Then hit save image. The image will be saved to your photos on your iPod. Either that or press the sleep key and the home button at the sametime and then let both go at the same time and it will take a screen shot.
