your best chance of it ever working again would be to take it apart as much as you can without hurting the electronics and lay it out and don't touch it for a couple days. Don't use a hair dryer it might blow water deeper into it. Just let it be and hope for the best! Good luck! If it is ruined go buy an iPhone it is the greatest piece of technology ever invented!
One of my mates dropped his mobile in a pool, got it out and put it in the 'sock part' of the dryer. Only for a short while. It started to work again! Not saying you should try this, but I found it quite ammusing the mobile worked again. Oh yeah... don't ask me where the 'sock part' is in the dryer cause I do not have one.
