Is an iphone 2 coming out soon?

Well I heard iphone 2 will be coming out in May 2008. Is this a rumor or has anybody heard of that too?

There is supposed to be a revision of the iPhone coming out next year with 3G capability. May 2008 is a good guess when it might come out - they traditionally release revisions and updates of various products then. Once the WWDC is over in the 15th of Jan, we might know more about what's next up for release during the year. Expect to see a new kind of Mac Laptop in the middle of next month too.

yeah there is a new version cumming out of the I-phone next year. thats why I am waiting before I buy one.

Apple is a very secrative company. So anything that starts with 'I heard Apple was coming out with this soon' is not confirmed by anyone from Apple, therefor everything is just a roomer.
