Q: Why would an iPad come without an instruction booklet?

A: Most devices come with a user manual, to send an electronic product without one is poor management. Perhaps your "specific" device was just overlooked ... if not, I would be writing to the head office demanding an answer as to why they feel everybody should just *work things out for themselves*.
