Interview with newlook, help

I'm 16 and I have an interview for a job in NewLook on Friday. I want to know what kind of questions they're gonna ask me and what should I wear!? I'm thinking dark smart skinny jeans from NewLook, a cardigan and gladiator shoes from there too.. But I...

don't know cause some are sayin I should wear like black trousers and a blouse? But I don't want to look too smart :S helpp

Black trousers and a nice top (as long as it looks fairly smart then it does not have to be a blouse). You don't have to go for the whole New Look thing as you can show how much you like the shop through the questions. The cardigan would probably look good over the top though and keep your warmer =)

Expect questions such as:
Give an example where you worked in a team: what was your role and were you succesful?
Give examples of great customer service you have given.
What do you consider good customer service?
How would you describe our brand?

And things like that

Never wear jeans to an interview, really. Never. Black trousers or khaki trousers, even colored ones are better than jeans. A nice top, but like jetc said, it doesn't have to be a blouse just as long as it's classy and professional looking.
As somebody who was a hiring consultant at my last job, I would rather higher somebody who has placed a lot of effort into looking and dressing professionally rather than 'fashionably'.
