Yes as long as he does not have a VD but try to refrain from drinking it by the the Gallon.

Yes it is safe to swollow... It was in a magizine hit can help reduce your chances on getting cancer not sure if its true but I love giving head and I like the taste but yeah its alright to swollow it

actually NO it's not safe to drink sperm if the partner hase a virus such as flu or something you too can contract and being that it is mixed with other fluids which contain their own bacterias this creates a whole new creature, the acids in the stomach will defeat many bacterias but there's always that chance that you contract a hybrid that is too powerful and overtakes your own body's bacterial army, so enjoy but be careful.
