Does my puppy have an inverted vulva?

If a puppy has an inverted vulva, will it be normal after her first heat? My puppy seems to have an inverted vulva, she is almost 11mo. old. She has never had any UTI's or any infection down there before. So I'm not sure if it really is inverted or not. Or could it be that she still hasn't had a first heat??

It is not sure that she has an inverted vulva. A veterinarian can tell you if she has. If you cannot afford one, call an animal protection society and ask their vet.
