Some ideas in this previous discussion:

Sausages in rolls, cheese & crackers (get more than one kind of cheese & multiple types of cracker), and then a veggie tray would be good. Also sliced meats such as salami, peperoni, and turkey or ham would go well with the crackers.

Bruschetta is a slice of french bread with a tomato & basil sauce, which is tasty & a nice appetizer to serve.

Egg rolls, spring rolls, etc, are also good to serve, we've had success with those & have ordered some from the grocery store's deli department, which was a time saver & a big success.

Last, you might try stuffed mushrooms - use brown mushrooms, hollow them out, then fill with a mix of breadcrums, parmesean cheese, and shredded veggies such as carrots & celery - I love those, but they take a bit of time to make, and need to be cooked very close to serving time, otherwise the taste isn't "there" if you know what I mean.

Good luck.
