My monroe peirceing is like mildly infected I got done about 6-7 days ago how do I clear the infection?

try giving it a sea salt soak
get a cup of warm water and add 1 tablespoon of sea salt
(found at any grocery store)
rest your upper lip in it for about 15 minutes
this helps to clean it
