hmm...tough one...on a scale of badness and insanity, then it would Stalin. I believed he killed more people than Hitler and he was crazy...mentally crazy. But on a scale of badness and an ability to manipulate, Hitler...an excellent speaker...heck, he got a lot of people on his side...and he was smart. He tricked Stalin and invaded Russia...even though they lost (check out the Battle of Stalingrad.) But they are equally bad.

Yeah tho stalin in the purges was a genious in a bad way. He got my Leon Trotsky killed my favourite revolutionary and communist! :/ The battle of Stalingrad is the most horrible and brutal battle games seem to glorify it but I dont think you would ever meet a true veteran who would say it was fun!

Stalin looked good in a uniform,
but then, so did Hitler...

Some sources say that 43 million were killed under Stalin's rule...
and 21 million under Hitler's rule...
