In love with my best friend

We are coleages, I fall in love with him. I am totally not his type, he told me that. but he loves me as a friend. he would not have sex wit me because he dont want to hurt me and he respects me. but the other nght he asked me to stay with him and I can sleep in his bed with him He said what ever happens tonight I will still respect you and love you in the morning, after a while he change his mind and brought me home. days later we never talked about it, I got upset because of something with him and he was came to my office with another friend and the friend ask me in front of him 'he wants to know if you are mad at him' now what is this? does he love me or not! what is he afraid of ? please someone tell me !!!!

hey! well I must say this is a dilemma, and I do agree with the other person who commented: I too think that you should definitely talk to him! The deal is when you are best friends with someone that you end up falling in love with- you don't want to jepordize the 'best friend relationship' if you happen start dating each other. That's the fear in this case. You really have to search inside yourself and ask the question: are you willing to possibly lose the best friend relationship that you have with this guy? are you willing to risk it? then, once you figured out those answers for yourself, move on from there. Life is all about taking risks- however it is important to think about things before you act. Consider what you could gain, or what you could lose and then go for the one that you heart tells you to.
