Immigration

Asked by darnkangel 7 months ago, 3 answers.

What is President Obama planning on doing with Permanent residents who are waiting on their five year mark to apply for a citizenship?

I heard something that he was going to lower the waiting period to three years...

Can anyone help me out?

I've seen on the news recently that he plans to start dealing with the immigration stuff as soon as next month. Not too sure though.

It appears they're still undecided on whether or not to enforce laws already on the books.

Amblessed, those laws have been ignored long before today. With republicans in the white house, nothing was done to address the problem. Their buddies in big business didn't want to disrupt the flow of cheap labor coming into this country. THEY are the ones who are breaking the law, and who should be punished, not the immigrants.
