Im very narrow and slim even I cant take out my shirt infront of other guys, my nutrition is fair but I don know why im not gettting weight, im 23 years old and my weigh is 48kg with 167cm height

What are the ways and terms for me to gain weight

I don't think you'll go that fat tho...fast food thogh, pact with carbs and grease.

eat lots of foods like milk, cheese, butter, nuts, ice cream ect thats how I went from an A cup to a full B.
