What do guys look for in girls?

ok, im sorry if I seem like im wasting your time by asking this but its important to me. I need to know what a guy likes about how a girl looks. I dont have problems getting guys but its because of my personality, and not my looks. I just want to know what I can do to look better. I can take criticism...after all I am asking for it. just be brutally honest please.

well I mean personality should be more....I mean I dont totally go for looks but its a plus...I mean a girl can be hot...but then she can be as much fun as a 2 year old.
