Im stressed help

I've been so depressed lately. In april, my mom and dad split up. My mom made me leave and go to the next door neighboors b/c she was my friend.. I told my dad I loved him and left.. That night he went to jail and I havent saw him since.. Then july 25th...

we left for vacation and before we left I found out theat my mom had made plans for my dad to come the 26th of july and get his stuff.. I was mad. And I cant see him till im 18.. Court orders because of my mom.. Its hard now without him and my mom dating..my life is a lot more stress free..but that doesnt mean I shouldnt miss him right?? Help me.. Its hard when ure only 13

just because your stress free now, your moms dating again doesn't mean you can't miss your dad. of course you can you should. he's your dad, it's not like he walked left you when you were born or something, just because your happy doesn't mean you don't think about him. just be happy for your mom, im sure your dad knows you miss him as well as he misses you.

Lol I'm 13 too but my parents spilt up when I was young, I don't even have any clue what he looks like. But you know it'll be alright. You can miss him. Can you call him? My sister talks to our dad because she is 3 years older than me she knew him better so she still talks to him threw facebook. And she can't see him either, but just because he lives half the country away.
