I still have no idea what to do for my 16th bday!
my house is really small so I need to go somewhere and do something but I dont know what!! please help! and with your suggestions keep in mind im on an extremely low budget and it will be pretty...

just have a sleepover with your best friends and decorate your hose with streamers and balloons, buy some food, snacks, and cake and rent some movies together

^the supplies for this party aren't really expensive or anything. I think the most money would be spent on prizes, or if there's anything you want to add to this party. It's also not bad of an idea cause guests have to bring their own masquerade stuffs, and it would be less awkward for some people to meet each other at your party if they're wearing masks? hah, I don't know.

Also, if you come up with another idea, one thing you could add, is giving everyone those cheap, one-time cameras to document the party and keep (and maybe scan later to give to you?). ANOTHER idea, is that, depending on if you live in a house or apartment, you could turn where you live into a club-type thing. (strobe lights, dancing music, and that would be the party, along with the cameras.) ANOTHER: maybe a 70's disco thing? but, like, without the cheesiness and clicheness.
