How can i become less shy around girls?

Hey will there any one can help me? I'm a shy guy. i dont know how to start to talk with the girls I'm too shy to start, there is one girl i can feel she like me from her smile. She working in the coffee shop that I'm always there,i feel i want to talk...

to here but im shy from the people there.
there is anyone can tell me how i can be not like this plz.

You just have to make yourself believe that you don't care what others think of you... then you will be more confident... if it doesn't work out with her you know there is other girls out there... so just think of that... its not the end of the world... so you have to take chances. My motto is... you only live once so live life to the fullest.

look its normal to be shy i even get shy when it comes to taking a step ahead and introducing myself to other people...but the bottom line is you will never truly no what is out there if you dont go for it....for all you no she wants to talk to you to...its possible shes shy herself so be a risk taker and go for it...!!! =)
