hi im a 15 year old male and I am really shy around girl whether they talk to me or not how can I get rid of it please HELP THANK YOU SO MUCH

That's completely normal, really all you can do is get to know them and eventually you'll feel more comfortable and be less shy.

WELL I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM BUT JUST LIGHTEN UP...ITS NO BIGGIE MAN...ONCE you TALKED TO THEM...U GET COMFORTABLE WIT THEM and WELL JUST PICTURE THEM AS ONE OF your FRENDS...EVEN IF you DO LIKE THEM JUST TALK...CHIKS LOVE TO TALK!!

Become good friends at first. If you're really really shy and expect to randomly be in a relationship with her, if she is really social, that would be quite strange, wouldn't it?
Develop friendship for each other first. happy
Get to know her more, and try to set your mind to be yourself around her more.
