nothing you do will keep the pounds off PERMANENTLY. the healthy way takes some time, but it's all worth it in the end. the unhealthy way works quick, BUT only for a short amount of time. soon you will realize that if you don't keep at it, you'll start to gain all the weight back. but if you DO keep at it, eventually you'll be a skeleton with skin and just die. that's why the healthy way is so much easier and better, you lose the weight, and you stay in shape, have more energy, get some muscle, become stronger, and live longer.

ok so I tried weight loss healthy way A and the unhealthy way. I found out that I was able to keep more weight off (permanentaly) by doing it the unhealthy way And I gained weight when I did it the healthy way...

healthy way was supposed to keep of the pounds permanently than doing it the unhealthy way... is it just my body or dose it happen to others as well?
