Who can help me stop cutting?

I have so many f*cking problems cant even name them all

I have been through worse hun...my mom hates me and laughs when I got hit by a car, my g-ma died, my cousin shot himself my girlfriend dumped me and my other cuzz over dosed on drugs and im failing skool and I got shot you think I don't want to die? I know how you feel you just gotta hold on and you will find something or someone to hold on to and love

dont cut urself!!! seriously dont! you may have problems but other people do 2!! tell your friends and family how you feel, that might help. if you dont want to tell them about the cutting thing (which you probably should) tell them how upset you r.

You can talk to me any time. I won't lecture you on how everybody has it so much worse than you, and that's just life. I know how it feels not to be listened to. It's awful. Please, if you need somebody, I'm here.

why you will only b letting them win. dont you want to b the winner of your life. you just need to find a way you can take back control of your life. and hun there are a lot of products that will take those scares off your flesh, but only you can get if out of your heart, and your fresh start on life. and do trust you havent ruined your life.

dont do that and as for your family their problems arnt yours and things will only get better take it from me I've actually cut myself repeadly because my best friend raped me and the cops pretty much said I was a slut and didnt beleive me no one did and I thought it would make things better till the day I actually cut my wrist and almost died. I realized I cant let a few bad circumstances ruin my life I deseved better and now I dont cut myself and things have gotten better

I harm too ...have you told someone about it...maybe they can help. I told my guidance teacher and she is there for me and getting me help.

I cant really give you advice sorry.

Have you tried any of those alternatives that they recomend on websites. They dont work for me but I dunno they may for someone else.

I used to but now I do martial arts and I have no desire to cut
I reccoment martial arts that involve takedowns, like kajukenbo, it is very fun and there is still pain but it is not only pain and also you learn how to defend yourself and become a stronger person mentally and physically. So yeah, martial arts is a good alternative it will really help you I know cause it helped me :D

I cut too
I havent done it for 3 days
which doesnt sound very long
but to me it is...
my 1st step of stopping was to get rid of any blades or sharp objects
I know it's hard..

. I used to cut too, lotsa people have. but if I were you id just move on and stop dwelling on bad situations. live life one day at a time, do what makes you happy and f*CK THE REST! I live by that
