Can't stop thinking about this guy that likes somebody else

OK,so here my prob goes :
I have a crush and let's just call him J shall we...I've been madly in love with him since laz year and now when I find out he likes someone else, I've decided 2 4get him but d prob is, I CAN'T!!! I've tried all sorts of ways and they're all useless,man!! he's on my mind 4 24 hrs and even when I look at TISSUE I'll thnk bout him ( there's a story behind it)...on february I stole his pic from frienster and print it (its soo crazy of me) and I put it under my pillow so that I;ll dream bout him all nites..but now I;ve taken a vow 2 4get him and I've get rid of his pic..

at skul whenever I see him, I try not to look at him but I just CAN'T TAKE MY EYES OF HIM!! you might im mad, crazee,insane and whatever but I can't help it.its not my fault!! and im nearly in tears when I type this question..sometimes I thnk its so unfair 4 me 2 have such a crazee mind..when I ask my frenz how 2 get rid of him from my mind, their ans are all d same ; don't thnk bout him, go and find someone else...im bored 2 listen 2 all that..can you guys tell me how??

Ok, you should tell him that you liked him, d you are in LOVE whith him. I know this is going 2 be hard 4 you, telling a guy that you love him. For now you got everything 2 notice him say the real truth. Hope I help a little bit!!! Take care...
