Were meeting up this sunday to talk, but I dont know if I should go. I think I've fallen way to hard for him, and if he doesnt want to be with me, I think I should stop liking him while I still can. If I even can. Please help me guys, and dont judge me, you cant help who you fall in love with. im really hurting here.

He is the same age as me,so I can talk to you in an honest frame:He does like you, but you are rushing things too much. Love might strike you like a lightning, but a storm needs time to arise.

Give him a chance to get to know you as a loved one, not a needy little girl. Spend some more fun time with him, maybe play a little xbox together or do something else, but never lose the hope.

Go see him on sunday, but play it cool. He needs that time.

Hun, hes too old for you right now. Hes an adult out of highschool, and your a child still in school. Theres really nothing you two have in common at this point, and it would be wise to wait until you are of legal age. Even though you say your not gonna have sex, its usually what happens after two people have been dating for awhile. And what do you think a 20 yr old man is going to want eventually...?

I know what you mean, about the age difference. but... we do have so much in common. thast the problem. literally eveyrhitng wwe have in common. and I think that as long as 2 people are happy.. age shouldnt matter.. I already talked ro him about the sex thing, and he says that he respects that I dont want to have sex with him until im legal. and hes okay with it. so I still odnt know what I am suppost to do,.

Being he is 20 years of age, is he going to want to hang out with your 14 yr old friends, or go to your school dances, or school activities such as basketball games etc.? Think about it? Unless you two are going to go off in your own little world, and just be all by yourselves...which wouldnt be good at all! He is a lot more experienced than you in EVERYTHING. Hes been in the dating world far longer than you. Sorry, but 6 years is a HUGE age difference right now, and he should be smarter than that to even be intereste in someone so young. At some point in the relationship he is going to want sex, and I really doubt it if he can/will wait 4 more years. Hun, why dont you ask your parents what they think of a 20 yr old dating a 14 yr old?

The problem, my friend, is that there are big developmental differences between 14 and 20. There are actual portions of the brain that develop during those two ages. He is at a completley different level than you are and there is no shame in that. My baby brother is only 3 years younger than me and still, I was able to identify things in him that were unrefined, to say the least. You need to find someone your own age. Age gaps like that don't matter once you're both over 20, but until then, stick to teenagers.
