Im going to be on tv

So thursday I'm going to be on tv for fox chicago for our xc team and I am so nervous. I dont want to look stupid so should I talk or be silent in the back. What if they ask me a squestion and I look retarted in a deer in headlights. help me please

just get all the nervousness out before the show, take a run or jump up and down so your not so fidgety on air, but try not to think about it when its time

Totally need to talk - you look worse if you stand there and say nothing. but you need to prepare what your going to say and don't make it much. come up with a couple of funny sayings that you can say after someone says something like 'wow cool I totally agree' . If they ask you a direct question either answer or, if you don't know the answer say something like 'mmm that's a tricky one that you might leave to ... to handle..' etc. If you can think of some other funny retorts they will also work. There's nothing worse, in my opinion, than standing quiet at the back - this is your chance, go for it!!! And look hot - that always works if you don't know the answer!!
