Will a sling help my injured shoulders?

I crashed my bike into a ditch smashed my back in2 a tree landed on my shoulders and then the bike landed on me. My shoulers have been severely hurting me lately. Will a sling help support it? what should I do because rite now I cant afford to go to the doctors.

well you need to find some way to go to the docters that sounds serious

You really must get medical attention ASAP. You might have internal damage as well as your back being hurt. It doesnt take much to rupture some organs.

I agree with the 2 above me. For all you know you could be internaly bleeding, which can cause death.

You need to go and get a x ray done, sounds to me like it could be broken or dislocated, either of which a sling can make it much worse if it is not set properly. Sorry about you not being able to afford it. I have to go when I can't afford it too. But they have always worked out small payments with me. Good luck.

But rite now im in school I dont have a job and now some of my best friends heard a rumor and stopped being friends with me. I have a sling right now bcause my nextdoor neighbor used to be a nurse and splinted it up. I cant wear the sling to school bcause my mum wont let me. I am also beginning to feel some pain in my ankles. What should I do besides go to the doctor.
