one of the things my best m8 finds best is to write down everything thats bothering you, also try to talk about it and let it out to someone u trust, even though she knows thats hard. Don't be scared to cry, we all have feelings! also spend time with htem that you love and make you happy and isten to music that makes you feel good! if you find you are geting worse maybe you should seek professional help. this is what my mate has done and is still doin! i hope we have given you a little help. if you need anymore help from us don't be shy to mail me.

So, depression. Well, depression comes in many different ways. I have depression but who has not felt down in their life. I have a disease call postramatic stress disorder. NOw that is some risky business. All i can say about having it is that it has helped me become a better person i can overcome so many things i never thought i could do. Of course i feel depressed but i have to look up and realize i am alive arent i and know that is one of the things that you can thank ur self for. So many times people ask me what am i doing here if all i am good for is to look down at the ground? I have to admit even i have questioned my being here on earth. Why am i here it seems like i am the only one here that seems sad, but the truth is that ur not. We all have them times and some of us dont get rid of it. Now i dotn think you can get rid of it , but you can live with it and learn to overcome it. There is something in ur life that has happened to make u feel this way and u need to find out wat that is and if u can not do that than there is more than one thing that u need to work on. Once you can reach down deep and find out what is making life so horrible than you can overcome this thing. Trust in god and most of all trust in ur self.
I'm basically in the same boat. I'm somewhat of a bipolar. It doesn't come and go day by day in large ups and downs, smaller in fact. It comes on a cycle. Smaller ups and downs frequently, and about every other year, large depression followed by large highs the next following year.
What has helped me is writing. Writing about how I feel. Any kind of depression is something major, no matter how good or bad it is. If you're not feeling that you can talk to someone, just write and keep writing. You may be amazed at the quality of your work while depressed versus the quality of your work while not depressed.
Just make sure you keep rationality in mind when you're depressed. Know that at that moment it is not the end of the world. Know that tomorrow/a week/a month/a year from that point you will feel better.

How can i get help for my depression?
im depressed. I have been showing the sign of depression since age 5. but over the past few days the pressure has been too much. I dont know what to do to get rid of it!!
