You gotta just suck it up and talk to him. There are subtle ways of letting a guy know that you are into him without coming on too strong. When you talk to him, ask him about stuff that he's into. Try to find something you have in common. I know this is easier said than done. I'm going through a similar situation with a coworker and every time I try to talk to him, I get tongue tied. But I think that sometimes, you have to just suck it up and get in there and be yourself. Don't worry/think too much about looking cool in front of him. Just be confident in yourself. He will pick up on that right away and a confident woman is a sexy woman. Good luck!
