its like little spots of blood or red stuff mostly blood like on your underwear if you had your cherry popped or a guy fingered you and was to rough or something liek that

Little spots of blood... if your talking about an animal then it means said female animal is going into heat and unless you want a lot of little what evers running around keep her away from male animals of the same kind
