now you can aspire to make the multitiude of fine 'grilled cheese' recipes.
like my favorite- pepper jack grilled cheese.
or the classic - muenster grilled cheese samich.
or for those with a more refined pallette - the goat cheese grilled samich.

( blame larry the cable guy for the word samich)
