Should I tell my boyfriend I'm ready for a baby?

hi im 18 and I realy want a baby. I have a realy strong relationship wiv my boyfriend and we both are in good jobs earning good money and could afford it (boyfriend's 23). im not to sure if he wnts 1 because he says that he wnts kids wiv me and hes picked out the names already and every thing its quite sweet but im scared to tell him im ready now just incase he freaks out, I drop hints that if I was to accedently get preggers I wud keep it and he z that he would want me to keep it too. so any suggestions what to do.

I would say that you should talk to him about it tell him how you feel about a baby and be willing to wait another year or two so that you have time to plan and think everything out having a baby is a big responsabilty, me and my fiance want one really bad but we've decided to wait two years until I'm out of college and been married for awhile but thats just us you and your boyfriend need to talk it over and make sure it's what you both want because it's both ofyours responsability I wish you good luck and I hope I was of some help!!!

By the sounds of it he wants one aswell, well, lets just say that he wouldnt hate the idea!!

Tell him how you feel about it, and if he loves you that much then of corse he will go along with it!!

The time has to be right for BOTH parties, and not because shes a female, and they were born to have babies! Just because he has names picked out doesnt mean he wants children now!

I'm of the opinion that people should pass a certain test before they can become parents. People who type 'wud' and 'because' instead of 'would' or 'cause' are not likely to pass that test.
